Park and Pay at Ercan Airport

One article I have read this week regards the possible change to the parking system at Ercan Ariport.  The report from Cyprus Today stated that free parking at Ercan Airport will cease and that there will be a fee paying carpark which will be operated by Cyprus Turkish Airlines and the Transport Ministry.  The aim is to provide extra revenue for the airline, reduce congestion and stop cars from being parked for long periods whilst their owners are abroad.  The report goes onto say that its is early days and decisions will have to be made with work carried out before any charges can be made so don't expect to start paying just yet.
